Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking with Vivid Craft Lab. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. This initial payment serves as your deposit and is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is due one (1) day prior to your appointment. If your balance is not paid your booking will be cancelled. 

2. Hotel Reservations

• Clients are responsible for securing and checking into their hotel accommodations prior to our setup appointment.

• If you are not able to handoff your hotel key. You must add our representative’s name (Nicole Hadley) to your hotel reservation to grant us access for setup.

• We do not book hotel rooms for clients.

• If check-in issues arise and result in cancellation, we will provide a credit toward a future booking or service. Refunds will not be issued.

3. Decorating Guidelines

• Guests are not allowed to accompany our team while we are decorating. This ensures a smooth and efficient setup process.

4. Booking Requirements

• All bookings must be made at least two (1) week in advance.

• Last-minute bookings (within 5 days) are subject to an additional fee.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit may be applied to a future service or event date.
